Oneway Delhi Taxi Service Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. In case of cancellation, an applicable refund, if any, will be processed within 30 working days.
2. If the booking is already confirmed, then a 10% amount will be deducted to cancel the booking.
3. The amount will be refunded in the same model in which the guest has made the payment
Cancellation Policy
1. If the tour is canceled before 21 days or earlier by the group, then 20% of the total amount will be charged.
2. If canceled within 11–20 days of the tour taxi for the group, then 25% of the total amount will be charged.
3. If canceled within 7–10 days of the check-in date of the group, then 50% of the total amount will be charged.
4. If canceled within 6 days of the check-in date of the group, then 100% of the amount will be charged.
5. In case of a no-show or cancellation at the last moment, the above company will also be liable to pay the entire amount of the total billing.
6. Management reserves the right to change the rates at any time without giving prior notice.
